Career Coaching & Resume Development - ATS Optimized Resume

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all Career Coaching, Resume Development, and related services provided by Shashank360.com. By purchasing or engaging our services, the client (“You” or “Client”) agrees to the following:

Scope of Service
  • The service includes the delivery of one (1) first draft of an ATS-optimized resume within 7–8 business days from confirmation and submission of required client information.
  • Up to five (5) optimized resume versions/iterations are included based on your feedback, ensuring alignment with career targets and best practices.
Payment Terms
  • All invoices from Shashank360.com are due in advance, unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order.
  • Invoices unpaid beyond thirty (7) days may incur a late fee of 10% of the outstanding balance.
  • If payment remains outstanding after sixty (30) days, Shashank360.com may initiate recovery action; additional costs, including legal or collection fees, will be billed to the Client.
Client Responsibilities
  • Timely submission of client information is required (including career details, previous resume, job targets, or additional data needed for drafting).
  • Shashank360.com is not liable for delays caused by incomplete or late provision of information.
Service Disclaimer
  • Resume and coaching deliverables are professional development tools, not guarantees of employment, job interviews, or job offers.
  • Shashank360.com will exercise best efforts and provide expert guidance, but cannot accept liability for unsuccessful job applications or any employment outcome.
Revisions and Claims
  • Revision requests must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving each draft. Additional requests after this period may be subject to further fees.
  • Any complaints or claims must be made in writing to Shashank360.com at info@shashank360.com within 7 days of services being provided.
Jurisdiction
  • These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of Canada (or specify Ontario, if preferred).
  • All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ontario, Canada.
Acceptance

Purchasing or paying for services constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
